Texans QB Schaub could play vs. Seattle (AP)

Houston quarterback Matt Schaub could play on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks despite dislocating his non-throwing shoulder this weekend. Coach Gary Kubiak says Schaub has "good chance" of playing this weekend. Schaub was injured on the first play of Sunday's loss to the Jaguars but returned in the second quarter and finished the game.

Vikings LB Henderson has surgery on leg (AP)

Minnesota Vikings coach Brad Childress says linebacker E.J. Henderson is in "good spirits" after having surgery on his broken left leg. Henderson stayed in intensive care at a Phoenix-area hospital while the rest of his teammates went home Sunday night after a 30-17 loss to the Cardinals. Childress said Monday that the surgery went well.

Rams S Atogwe may miss rest of season (AP)

St. Louis Rams safety O.J. Atogwe (uh-TAHG'-weh) could miss the rest of the season with a dislocated right shoulder that eventually will require surgery. Atogwe hasn't ruled out finishing the year while wearing a brace. He said Monday that he planned to speak with his agent and get other medical opinions.

Warner outplays Favre as Cards rip Vikes (AP)

Two old quarterbacks with golden resumes and ageless arms took the field Sunday night. Kurt Warner was marvelous, Brett Favre was miserable.
