Merriman, reality star settle lawsuits (AP)

Bills release TE Fine, 6 others (AP)
The Buffalo Bills released tight end Derek Fine and six other players. Fine, a fourth-round draft pick in 2008, had 19 receptions in two seasons. Raiders give K Janikowski $16M, 4 years (AP)
A person familiar with the contract says the Oakland Raiders and Sebastian Janikowski have agreed on a $16 million, four-year deal that is the richest for a kicker in NFL history.
