Seattle Seahawks Information
Seattle Seahawks, a professional football team of the NFL wearing the uniform of blue, green and silver has taken affects in 2002 under the league’s realignment plan and moved into the West Division of the National Football Conference (NFC). From 1976 to 1999, they played in the Kingdome in Seattle, Washington. The club adopted Husky Stadium at the University of Washington as its home field as the stadium was demolished in early 2000.
A new stadium was constructed which was scheduled to be completed by 2002. In the 1990s, the Seattle Seahawks included players like Brian Blades, Chris Warren and Cortez Kennedy. From 1990 to 1996 Seahawks added talented new players like Chad Brown and Shawn Springs. However they have never played in super bowl.
